Profile
Dmytro recently graduated from the University of Utrecht, where he obtained an L.L.M in Public International Law. He took part in the Honour’s program Law Clinic, where he worked as part of a team focusing on issues of OSI at ICC. His thesis examines the issue of corporate responsibility and considers whether new factors should be incorporated into HRDD to better reflect the complexities of corporate operations alongside military aggression. Prior to joining the Asser Institute, he interned at the Supreme Court (Ukraine) and Prosecutor’s office and worked as a paralegal in a law firm. His main interests revolve around Business and Human Rights, Investment and arbitration law, and International Human rights law.
