Sports Law eJournal
Established in 2005 by the Centre for Commercial Law, the Sports Law eJournal (Bond) is an eletronic journal on sports law. The eJournal has an international and comparative law focus and contributors will discuss and analyse all aspects of sports law and regulation.
The eJournal is published online as each article or note is refereed, edited and accepted for publication. From time to time, selected collections of contributions will also be published as monographs.
The eJournal will be of interest to sports lawyers and administrators, sports managers and leaders, sports participants and sports law and management students. Articles are written by leading researchers, practitioners and students in all aspects of sports law.
Writers retain copyright in their contributions, but they grant the eJournal a licence to publish their work in this eJournal and in hard copy format, at the discretion of the eJournal editors. The eJournal adopts the Australian Guide to Legal Citation.
Contributors should submit notes and articles in that format. The editorial committee urges contributors to adopt a lucid writing style. Contributions that exceed 3,000 words in length (including footnotes) will usually not be accepted.
