Assisted by the NNHRR, the Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology and Society, and the Faculty of Law of the University of Groningen organised a roundtable discussing challenges posed to the right to an effective remedy enshrined in Art. 47 CFREU, when personal data are transferred outside the borders of the Union.
