Legal Aspects of Countering Terrorism

This page is dedicated to legal aspects of countering terrorism (LACT). Terrorism is a somewhat distinct crime; it has been labelled as both a transnational and an international crime (see also the discussion under the ICL subpage). Because of this, and the T.M.C. Asser Instituut’s extensive work on LACT, a separate page has been developed.
