A panel discussion on the verdict in the ICC case against Congolese militia leader Germain Katanga, indicted for war crimes and crimes against humanity in DRC in 2003.

Speakers:

Brigid Inder: Executive Director of Women’s Initiatives for Gender Justice.

Jennifer Easterday: Researcher at the Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies of Leiden University and consultant and Trial Monitor for Open Society Justice Initiative.

Dov Jacobs: Assistant Professor in International Law at the Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies.

The SCL Lecture is organised in cooperation with the Working Group on International Criminal Law of the Netherlands School of Human Rights Research.
