Raising Capacities of Professionals of the Supreme Court of Albania for Better Administration of Justice
Netherlands Fellowship Programmes Tailor Made Training (NFP-TMT)
The Training Programme will be developed and implemented in the period October 2013 – March 2014.
The first training will take place from 6 - 16 October at the T.M.C. Asser Instituut in The Hague.

The proposed training will enhance the knowledge on the EU standards and skills and know-how of the legal advisors to the Supreme Court of Albania (SCA) and of the staff of the department for Public Relation and External Affairs (DPREA).
The impact of the training programme is that a higher level of competence on administration of justice for the legal advisors and employees of DPRE, in particular on preparing indexes of SCA decisions according to the nature of the disputes will be achieved. Such indexes will be of assistance to other courts and generally law practitioners in carrying out there functions within the judicial system in Albania, with the purpose of avoiding the distinct standards of court decisions.
