Complaints procedure

We take all complaints seriously. A description of our complaints procedure and a complaints form can be downloaded below. In case a complaint is not resolved successfully, we will engage the services of drs. Ali al Hadaui of Koek en Ei Mediation, The Hague, to serve as mediator and provide binding advice.
