Dr. Graham Butler
Graham Butler is Assistant Professor of Law at Aarhus University. His main research interests include European Union law, EU constitutional law, external relations law, and European integration. He is the manager of projects “In times of crisis: Access to justice in the European Union” and “European Courts in Changing Times”. He is a peer-reviewer for some journals and publishers and regularly attends to conferences to deliver speeches. His recent publications include “Constitutional Law of the EU’s Common Foreign and Security Policy: Competence and Institutions in External Relations” (forthcoming, Hart Publishing), “Legal Responses to the European Union’s Migration Crisis” and “EU Foreign Policy and Other EU External Relations in Times of Crisis: Forcing the Law to Overlap?”.
