Profile
Salomé Insua Barbazán is a recent graduate from the Advanced LLM in European and International Human Rights Law at Leiden University. Before that, she studied a Double Bachelor in Law and International Studies at the University Carlos III of Madrid, also participating in its fourth year in the UC3M Non-European Mobility Programme and studying an academic year at the Northeastern University in Boston (USA). She has previously worked as an intern at the Human Rights Office of the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Her main area of interest is international human rights law, specially in relation with transitional justice and gender-based violence.
